Learn at Industries - Industrial Visit at Mapro Garden Company

Industrial visit is having its own importance in the career of students who are pursuing professional degree. It is considered as a part of college curriculum.

The main objective of an Industrial Visit is to provide students an insight regarding internal working of the companies, and also to give them practical knowledge of what they have learned in class.

Following the same trend we use to organize minimum 1 industrial visit per semester.

This semester we have visited Mapro Garden Company situated at Lonavala. It is not actually a garden, but it's a manufacturing firm of chocolates, jam, syrup, etc. It is also renamed as food court. They are having their own strawberry farms. Today it has a processing capacity of about 30,000 MT per year.

They are having their own garden situated at hill station of Panchgani. It is a famous tourist destination as well. It is very joyful and knowledge gaining visit. We enjoyed a lot over there. It is a must visit company. It doesn't produces large polluted contents that's why it is very safe as well.

This visit was completely organized and scheduled by our MMS IInd year students. It was very well organized.

Looking forward to take more wonderful industrial tours.
