Mr. Pranay Chalke - Winner of Silver Medal

Dream Creations (Ratnagiri) - An Event Management Team

Event Management is the application of project management to the creation and development of large scale events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts or conventions. 

With the same moto, our MMS department has started one startup business of Event Management which was named as team Dream Creation.

      Our Objectives: 

• Identifying and determining corresponding control measures
• Programming events in such a way that operational information is transferred
• Forming the base of many routine activities in operations management
• Providing the entry point for many process and activities of Service Operation
• Providing a basis for service assurance, reporting and service improvement 

With these objectives, we got our first in-house order of organizing Fresher’s Party of MMS Department. This event was well coordinated and organized by our team. Everyone loves the decoration and arrangements done by us. 

Apart from that we got our first outside order of organizing a Birthday Party at Devrukh. For this party we have to do decoration and also needs to do arrangement of snacks and cake. For organizing this event we got a profit of rs. 2000/- which was our first income.

 

Everyone just loved the decoration and arrangements done by our team. We are looking forward for many such big events to be organized by our team.
