Annual Social Gathering - Aarohan 2k18

INTRODUCTION:

A College is marked by its great events that include its annual social gathering. Every year, annual social gathering of RMCET has reached to its highest level of success and thus, aiming a step higher, this year again we have organized Aarohan 2k18.

 

Aarohan 2k18 is a 10 days festival of the college that includes various events wherein students are given chance to think, step forward and showcase their talent. These events have their own colors and are very unique in their own way. These includes various indoor (Sudoku, carom, chess, table tennis, etc) & outdoor (cricket, basket ball, volley ball, throw ball, etc) sports. Along with this, Aarohan 2k18 also includes many cultural activities like Drama, Dance, Singing, etc followed by days like Traditional, Chocolate, Group Alike, Mis-Match and many more. Many competitions like essay writing, poetry, spelling check, debate, etc are also the part of Aarohan 2k18.

DEPARTMENT OF MMS:

In this Annual gathering Aarohan 2k18, students of our MMS department have also played a vital role right from being in organizing team up to the final concluding.

On the very first day of Inauguration, Mr. Aditya Kumtekar (MMS 1^st year student) represented our department in Mashal Run, Mr. Jagdish Berde (MMS 1^st year student) leads our department in March Pass which shows an excellent coordination among students, and Shubham Kowale (MMS 1^st year student) represented our department in Warcry. 

  

Our students excel in celebrating all days like traditional day, saree day, chocolate day, mismatch day, group alike day and many more.

 

In many events our students reached till final round but among all of these they are able to grab the trophy in 4 events. The details of winners are: 

• Mr. Somesh Reddi, MMS 1^st year student has won 1^st prize in Table Tennis (Singles) competition held in Aarohan 2k18 at RMCET, Ambav.

• Mr. Vaibhav Velhal & Mr. Somesh Reddi, MMS 1st year syudents has won 1st prize in Table Tennis (Doubles) competition held in Aarohan 2k18 at RMCET, Ambav.
• Mr Shubham Kowale, MMS 1st year student has won 2nd prize in Poetry competition in Hindi Section held in Aarohan 2k18 at RMCET, Ambav.
• Mr. Vishal Bhayje, MMS 2^nd year student has won 2^nd prize in Carrom (singles) competition, held in Aarohan 2k18 at RMCET, Ambav.

Finally with a cultural night on 28^th January 2018, the annual gathering comes to an end with many memories & new dreams for next one.
