As per the culture of Rajendra Mane College of Engineering & Technology, every academic year Department of Master of Management Studies organizes inter college youth fest for aspirants assembling from various graduation colleges of Ratnagiri District with a very
high competitive spirit to participant & with the strong determination to include their achievements & accomplishments to their resumes, and also to provide platform for the students to showcase their talent with a competitive spirit.
For this academic year we have organized EXPLORE 2k24 with the same enthusiasm & determination among the new set of student coordinators (Tanvi Hasale & Yesh Limaye.) & faculty coordinator (Ms. Masooma Pagarkar) during January 30th & 31th, 2024.
This fest was successful enough to attract as many as 100 registrations for 2 days which includes all the events. The fest is executed with a total of 10 events planned & organized at its best of quality. Focusing on the types of events to include in the fest was decided by fest coordinators keeping the interest and need of the management students into consideration, with little emphasis on the fun full events behind the scene.
